I’m a keynote speaker, consultant, and coach who believes the greatest magic in leadership begins with service. With a mix of humor, heart, and real-world strategy, I help leaders build human-centered teams and service-rooted systems that make people feel seen, heard, and valued—not just in moments, but in every interaction.

My love for leadership started behind the counter of my family’s small-town store, Hickory Market, where I learned early on that the heart of any great business isn’t what you sell—it’s how you serve. Watching my parents care for our community shaped everything I believe about service: it’s not a task, it’s a way of being.

I studied psychology at the University of Michigan, trained in storytelling and improv at Second City in Chicago, and continue to refine my craft through The Speaker Lab and the National Speakers Association. Along the way, I’ve led businesses through turnarounds, expansions, and team transformations—and learned that service is what keeps people and systems strong through it all.

Today, I bring that experience to stages, boardrooms, and workshops—helping people turn intention into action and lead with clarity, connection, and care.
